The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board (HWCDSB) wishes to gather Grade 9 and Grade 12/12+ student feedback on their secondary school experiences. All Grade 9 students are invited to participate in the HWCDSB Grade 9 Student Transition Survey (2023-2024) to share feedback on their Grade 8 to Grade 9 transition and Grade 9 experiences. All Grade 12/12+ students are invited to participate in the 2023-2024 HWCDSB Grade 12/12+ Student Exit Survey (2023-2024) to share feedback on their secondary school experiences and future preparedness. The results of these surveys will be used to inform improvement planning and program development.
Prior to the start of the school day on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, all Grade 9, Grade 12, and Grade 12+ students will receive an email invitation to participate in their grade-based survey via their board email. The email invites will be sent from HWCSDB, <
[email protected]> with one of the following subject lines:
To participate in the survey, students will need to click on the survey link included the body of the email invite. Students should only require about 10 minutes to complete their grade-based survey. Responses will be accepted up until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
