We are pleased to share that the 2025 drinking water test results for all schools within the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board are now available. St. Jean de Brébeuf Catholic Secondary School has met all Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks standards, with lead levels testing at or below the provincial limit of 10 micrograms per litre (10 µg/L).
Ontario legislation, in place since 2007, requires all schools and childcare centres to complete regular flushing and annual testing of drinking water for lead. These measures help ensure the continued safety and well-being of our students and staff.
