As we head into the summer months, we would like to share important information from Hamilton Public Health regarding upcoming Summer Vaccination Clinics.
These clinics are available for students in Grades 7–12 who may have missed their school-based vaccinations, as well as individuals who are unable to access routine childhood vaccinations through a family physician or walk-in clinic.
Families are encouraged to review the attached flyer for important information regarding clinic locations, appointment booking, vaccine reporting, and available supports.
