Hamilton Public Health Services will be holding a Catch-Up Vaccine Clinic at St. Jean de Brébeuf CSS on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 in the Learning Commons/Library. Students may attend the clinic during Periods 1–5 to review and update their immunization records and, if needed, receive missing routine childhood vaccinations required for school attendance.
Important Reminders for Students
- If you recently received a vaccine reminder letter from Public Health, please bring it to the clinic, along with your yellow immunization card/vaccine records.
- Please wear a short-sleeved shirt and eat meals/snacks on clinic day.
For Parents/Guardians
Parents/guardians are reminded that families must keep Hamilton Public Health updated with their child’s vaccinations to avoid the risk of school suspension on March 16, 2026.
